Home gives you a quick view of your business and shows how members can join. The four count tiles answer different questions: For a particular member’s points and visits, open Members. For staff check-ins, use Activity in Hydra Desk or Hydra Merchant. For a message, open its thread in Messaging to see each person’s delivery result. The How members join section gives you the link and QR to share with customers. If your business WhatsApp is connected, its number appears there too.
