After you choose Send, open the item in Messaging. Hydra calls this a thread. It shows the message or voucher and the delivery result for each member. Results update while sending continues. The same thread can show different results for different members. Check the individual row before telling someone their message arrived. If a member’s WhatsApp reply period closes or they opt out before their turn, they may become unreachable. An uncertain message isn’t automatically resent because it might already have arrived. For a voucher you prepared for one person, retry from the existing prepared voucher when offered. That uses the same code and image. If a reward shows Needs checking, contact Hydra before issuing another one.
