Activity in Hydra Desk and Hydra Merchant shows member additions and staff check-ins. A member’s web profile shows their visit count and latest recorded visit. When you choose recipients in Messaging, you can narrow the list by how long it’s been since their last activity: Choose All to see everyone. The filters are separate groups, so Past month doesn’t include Past week. A recent visit doesn’t necessarily mean you can message someone now. The recipient list shows No recent reply or Opted out when that affects your send. Send to selected members explains what those labels mean.
