Use Messaging to send a message or saved voucher to members you choose. Each send becomes a thread: one place to review what you sent and whether it reached each person.

Open Messaging → New thread

Choose Message to write your own words, or Voucher to send one of your saved offers.

Choose the members

Search by name or phone, or filter by recent activity. Select up to 500 people you want to reach. Members marked Opted out can’t be selected.

Add the message or voucher

For a message, write one paragraph of up to 500 characters. The preview shows your words between a greeting and a sign-off from your business. For a voucher, select an active saved offer and review its image. Each member will receive their own code.

Review and Send

Check the recipients and preview, then choose Send. Open the thread to check each person’s delivery.

If someone can’t be selected

No recent reply means the member hasn’t written to your business recently enough for a free-form message. If Hydra has an approved message for reaching members outside that reply period, more members will be available in the picker. Hydra handles that approval. Voucher sends also need your business WhatsApp number and voucher message ready. Ask Hydra if the screen says sending isn’t ready. A member who chose STOP can choose to reply START before you send marketing again. Use the activity filters or search by name or phone to narrow a large group.
