Open the join page

On Home, choose Open join page to see where your join link and QR lead. Use Copy join link when you’re ready to share it.

Set points per visit

Go to Settings → Joining & check-in. Set Points per check-in to a whole number from zero upwards. These points are added when staff check a member in.

Review the welcome

In Welcome message, write the reply a new member should receive on WhatsApp. You can use {name} and {business}. Leave the field empty to use Hydra’s default message, then choose Save.
If Home shows your business WhatsApp number, members can message it to join. Hydra connects the number during onboarding. You can use the join link or QR while that setup is in progress. For voucher branding, open Settings → Brand information. Manage settings and branding explains which details you can change. Next, try the join experience.
