Members shows the customers who have joined your business. Use it when someone returns or when you want to check their points or rewards.

Find someone

  1. Open Members.
  2. Enter their name, phone number, or email in Search.
  3. Choose Search, then open their profile.
A person who joined through WhatsApp may have no usable profile name. Search by phone if you don’t see them by name.

Add someone at the desk

If a customer wants to join while they’re with you, staff can choose Add member in Hydra Desk. Ask them to confirm that they want to join this business before saving their name and phone number. Adding a member creates their membership. To record today’s visit, choose Check in separately. See record a visit.
