# Choose a reward

> Find the right way to offer your own voucher or a retailer reward.

Use **Rewards** to save an offer you want to give members. Then choose how a member receives it: send your own voucher from the saved offer, or grant the retailer reward Hydra has configured for your business.

## Your own voucher

Choose **Rewards → Create voucher** to describe what the member gets and where they can use it. You can review its finished design before saving. When you're ready to give it to someone, open the saved voucher and choose **Prepare voucher**. Hydra creates that member's code and image; **Send voucher** delivers it through your business's WhatsApp.

You can also use **Messaging** to send an active saved voucher to several selected members. Each member gets their own code.

## Retailer reward

Open a member's profile and choose **Grant a reward**. This gives the default retailer reward set up for your business; the button doesn't ask you to choose from a catalogue. Available rewards and values depend on your setup.

A campaign can also choose an available reward for its goal. Check the member delivery path with Hydra before advertising it.
