# Read a member profile

> Check a member’s points, visits, and reward history at your business.

Open a person from **Members** to see what they've done with your business.

| On the profile | What it shows |
| - | - |
| **Points here** | Their points at this business. |
| **Visits** | How many visits have been recorded. |
| **Last visit** | When their latest recorded visit happened. |
| **Grants** | Retailer rewards your team has issued to them. |

Their phone number appears at the top of the profile so you can confirm you've opened the right person.

## See an issued reward

Open a row under **Grants** to see the available QR and wiCode digits. Use that existing card if the member needs to present it again.

The **Grant a reward** button issues the retailer reward configured for your business. To send one of your own saved vouchers, open that offer in **Rewards** and [prepare it for the member](/rewards/send-a-voucher).
