# Team and access

> See who has access to your business and which app they use.

Open **Settings → Team** to see the people who can sign in to your business and their roles.

Owners can use the business web app or **Hydra Merchant** on a phone. Staff use **Hydra Desk** to find members, add someone who confirms joining, and check them in. Give each person the credentials for their role; ask your Hydra contact to help with access changes. The **Invite (soon)** button isn't available yet.

To leave a shared device, choose **Sign out** from the account menu. If the app shows an error, check your connection and try again. The session stays open until sign-out is confirmed.
